DHA Lahore Phase 10: Plot Availability and Prices

DHA Phase 10 offers a range of File sizes, including 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal, 2 Kanal, and 4 Marla Commercial. Additionally, 2 Kanal Files are available and 8 Marla commercials. However, there are currently no allocation files available in DHA Phase 10. The prices being quoted in the market lack confirmation, but we can provide an estimate based on the current trends.

Commercial Files: An Attractive Investment

The 4Marla commercial Files are particularly attractive investments at this time. The price has increased, making the current eligibility for a 4-Marla commercial in DHA Phase 10 about Rs. 169 to 170 Lacs.

Allocation in DHA Lahore Phase 10

At present, there is no allocation file available in DHA Lahore Phase 10. Due to many buyers in the Market files get short. Its worth buying yet in DHA Lahore which will give you a health gain in the future.

Investment Recommendations

Given the current market conditions, two Kanal Files and four Marla commercials in DHA Phase 10 are strongly recommended for investment. If we compare both sizes in commercial vs. residential, you can expect a minimum to maximum appreciation of up to 50 to 60 percent within two to three years.

While the holding power of commercial will be around 7-8 years, as long as DHA is in a belting position and houses start to be built, the appreciation after 10 years will show a difference in price in commercial, not the same as in residential. Even within two Kanal Files, the profitability ratio becomes almost the same as in residential and as much as in commercial. But on holding time, your 10 years is inside commercial and in residential, you repeat it. By playing and circulating the same amount, you gain the same amount of profit.
